German Pretzel (Echte Laugenbrezn)

Authentic German brezeln with a lightly salted crunchy outside and soft inside. Our customers tell us no one makes them better. In Germany they are eaten with sweet butter or plain.

Organic wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.

Our bakers have added their own creative touch over the years and we offer a variety of forms of the brezeln: traditional twisted pretzel (the shape that you know and love), pretzel rolls (a rolled-up and more compact version that stays doughier longer), pretzel sticks (rolled straight for easy snacking) and pretzel bites (bite sized because good things come in small packages).
